These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website pulse-flowcore.click ("Site") operated by Pulse Flowcore Learning Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), and your booking of educational sessions described on the Site. By accessing the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Educational nature of services

All sessions, materials, and content provided by Pulse Flowcore are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not execute transactions, manage wallets, or recommend specific validators.

3. Bookings and payment

Session fees are stated on the Site in GBP. Payment terms vary by session type as described on our pricing page. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or alternative date.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, session materials, and logos — is owned by Pulse Flowcore Learning Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission. Printed booklets provided during sessions are for personal use by the attendee who received them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information through contact forms, or use our content to misrepresent an affiliation with Solana or the Solana Foundation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Flowcore Learning Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at sessions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session shall not exceed the fee paid for that session.

You acknowledge that staking and delegation involve on-chain risks including slashing, validator downtime, and loss of access to funds. Educational content cannot eliminate these risks.

7. Third-party references

The Site may reference third-party tools, explorers, or documentation. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
