Step 1
Build vocabulary and understanding: proof-of-stake, stake accounts, validator vote accounts, commission, and epoch boundaries. Leave with a printed reference booklet and the ability to read a staking explorer.

Apply what you learned by comparing real validator metrics in a small group. Practice interpreting skip rates, commission history, and stake concentration before making your first or next delegation.

Step 3
Between steps 2 and 4, most holders delegate independently using the framework from the clinic. We do not execute transactions for you, but field notes on delegated stake and epoch rewards cover common first-time questions.
Step 4
Stay current as network parameters shift. Alumni forums cover upgrade briefings, unstaking timelines, and re-delegation without cooldown. Submit questions in advance for priority.
